As an ASP .Net Senior Application Analyst, you are part of a 15 member team of hardworking people responsible for customizing and implementing sophisticated enterprise banking software solutions in a dynamic results oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in software programming and consulting with experience working directly with client partners as well as internal project managers and other development resources. The environment is ASP.NET and each project contains integrations with our Government Solutions. Relationship building is a meaningful aspect of the position, where the individual will focus on securing strong professional relationships with clients in anticipation of additional customizations and product add-on sales in the future. As a Sr. Application Analyst, you can look forward to Directly collaborate with Architects, Developers and Test Engineers on multiple State government web mobile applications. Install, configure, customize, upgrade, support and fix all technical issues both on premise and hosted environments. You will work directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, quote project as well as build and implement the solutions proposed. Working directly with third party vendors to define technical requirements and implement solutions to work with various external systems Hands on development and resolution of all technical issues within an on premise and hosted client environment. You will work with senior management to define and implement technical processes and procedures within department focusing on client happiness and efficiency. Own the workload of technical resources within the team based on timelines established by Project and Senior Leaders. Communicating status, issues and risks to project partners. Maintaining and crafting technical project documentation and client worksheets. Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues aligned to current projects. Lead internal technical development training sessions. Good interpersonal, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-pace working environment. Ability to work independently with little direction. Strong communications skills. This position requires extensive interaction on the phone and by e-mail with our clients, third-party vendors, and other employees. Basic Qualifications for consideration 6+ yrs. of related IT experience. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred. Software development experience and understanding in web applications. Experience in C, ASP.NET, Java Script, jQuery, Angular, XML, JSON Web Services Experience in .NET and SQL Server, IIS, web development Proficiency with software development tools like the following Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Araxis Merge (or another text file comparison tool), Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer. Strong knowledge of networks including VPN's, VM servers, load-balancing and terminal service. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education Bacheloraposs degree in CIS, MIS, or EE Working closely with clients during requirement gathering, data analysis and customer software modifications.
