  • Sets up and stocks cooking stations with supplies and equipment
  • Prepares food for service (i.e.
    chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces)
  • Cooks menu items in cooperation with food and beverage staff
  • Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns
  • Maintains food quality and service standards
  • Complies with local sanitation standards
  • Performs opening/closing procedures
  • Perform regular daily cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest, maintains effective guest relations


  • A minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Must have good hygiene and grooming habits
  • Must be able to work afternoons/evenings and Saturdays

This is a full-time position with a starting pay at $12 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Hours are flexible but must work till 730pm Monday-Thursday and Saturdays 12-6pm.
