Project Variety

We are building our Health Care team. This position offers great individual growth potential to extend the geographical reach of our established Healthcare design markets while servicing our current clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client relation management, business development and design leadership, with the support of the Principal-in-Charge. This position requires extensive client contact and knowledge of the health care market sector. Lead, design and manage project team to ensure the completion of projects while satisfying the needs of the client and ensuring cost effective and critical design criteria. Use your creativity to produce innovative design solutions for our clients in this market.


  • Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience
  • Familiarity with local clients is required
  • Professional Registration required
  • Experience in the design and marketing of the Healthcare market. Veterans Affairs experience is advantageous, as is experience with other Federal agencies.
  • Must have good communication, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with clients and project team members
  • Knowledge of various computer programs associated with Architecture, including Revit /AutoCAD a plus
